  As the Golden Years steadily approach, recounting the past to gain a better plan is important to maintaining vitality. The risk-taking years of the twenties and thirties have led to a different level of risk we should all embrace as we age to perfection. There is a countless number of podcasts about biohacking, ancestral living, and anti-aging practices available for those willing to gain a better understanding of the physical changes recurring within the body. As we continue to learn more about electromagnetic grounding, blue light/red light therapy, stem cell therapy, peptides, and thermogenesis, we want to share the knowledge with our friends and family of Lager Point Tea Co.

   While serving in the military for more than 20 years led to stressful days in dreadful locations, there may have been things we did that enhanced our capabilities to ensure we optimized the levels of performance that unconsidered from a scientific angle. We are going to attempt to define those practices and determine how we can increase our vitality as we transcend through the best years of our lives. There may be daily posts, but we are not going to increase the levels of stress to stick to a schedule. This will be journey and we hope you share any experiences gained from the Blogs.

  The first practice we will discuss is electromagnetic earthing of the body. The electromagnetic grounding or earthing techniques contribute to improvements of ailments within the body. We suffer from arthritis, pre-diabetic conditions, and conditions that created from our younger risk-taking years. The electromagnetic earthing concept makes logical sense as we continue to consume ourselves with articles that create positive charges within the body. Consider the amount of synthetic clothing within your closets instead of cotton, insulating rubber or plastic sole shoes instead of leather, and the electronic devices constantly transmitting RF signals in our pockets. Throughout time, most humans walked barefoot or used animal skins around the foot, and they slept on the ground. Through direct contact or through perspiration-moistened animal skins used as footwear or sleeping mats, the ground’s abundant free electrons were able to enter the body, which is electrically conductive. By doing this, every part of the body could equilibrate with the electrical potential of the Earth, thereby stabilizing the electrical environment of all organs, tissues, and cells.[1] It has only been within the last one hundred years that synthetic clothing has been manufactured for the free market space. Along with synthetic clothing came synthetic foods, but we will save that discussion for a future article.


  We are not suggesting that everyone stop wearing shoes and start sleeping on the floor again. However, there may be value in walking barefoot around the yard or reconnecting back with the environment to reduce cortisol levels within the body. To gain the maximum benefits of earthing, standing shoeless on brass plates grounded through rods into the earth would discharge those free radicals.
